Grief is a devastating experience…

When we understand grief better, we can show up better for those experiencing it. Unfortunately, the stigmas, taboos and fears that permeate our culture around grief don’t allow us to learn from each other and be able to step up the way grievers need. We have return to work policies for people who are injured and we have health and wellness programs but we have nothing for grief but a referral to the EAP.

In business, the cost of hidden grief in the workplace is calculated at $125 Billion annually in the US alone. Managers want and need training. Leaders need to know what to do.
