Collective Grief Hour
Many of us are experiencing collective grief because we are experiencing extreme change and loss. Maybe you are impacted by climate change and wildfires, or wars, or job loss, or another crisis that impacts people you care about. You may also have anticipatory grief because the crisis isn't being solved and we know more loss is coming.
This hour is to come together and learn about collective and anticipatory grief. We'll cover basic grief knowledge and specific skills you can use, with yourself and your community, to address collective grief.

What About at Work - Supporter Series
This workshop is designed for someone who wants to provide meaningful support for someone experiencing grief in their workplace.
We'll cover basic grief knowledge and then look at the ways we can support people at work - regardless of your official role. Specific grief symptoms have a huge impact at work and supporting a colleague can feel trickier than supporting a friend or family member.
We'll talk about simple cost neutral ways to support grievers to reintegrate into the workplace while grieving.
“Thank you, Suzanne, for the fantastic Masterclass on grief and its many forms. I learned a tremendous amount of information that I was able to use right away.”
